The Others
The works that make up this group reflect freedom of thought in its strictest plastic representation. They are not part of series or groups and their importance stems from their own improvised singularity and a reflection of the most absolute freedom. They are simple representations with pure colors and firm lines.
Beginnings
The works that make up this group are part of the first representations that I made on canvas. In them an intention, later developed, is embodied, to paint the work’s own internal visualization. They are unique because each of them leads us to a specific group that I will be developed in later series. Many are born with an idea of classical figuration that is disguised by the dream reflection itself, losing and at the same time being born the idea of PSEUDOFIGURATION that later I will be embodied in “Abstract Pseudofiguration”.
Unique Colors
The evolution from these four works of the “CIELOS” series led me to look for the essence of color in “UNIQUE COLORS” looking for the isolated tone / tint, but full of different forms, because in reality there is no primary essence: everything is mixed. My goal is to achieve pure forms with intense colors that compromise these forms with the texture of the canvas itself.
This series represents a great dream effort, a reflection of a deep interiority of thought that I try the viewer to consider. The single reality is a chimera because all reality is transformed when the invasion of the individual’s own subjectivity occurs. For this reason, the “single color” that the work represents is not such, it is a compendium of infinite “unique colors”.
